This mould arrived here within 4 weeks secured in bubblewrap and without any damages. The product consists of 2 parts (the shaker body and a lid) and is made out of very soft silicone, so you should keep in mind that it might attract dust. Isopropanol Rubbing alcohol can help reducing dust or hair. After all i have to say that im impressed with it. At first i thought that it would be too soft to handle, but my pieces always came out beautifully and even. Beware (!) that the pieces will come out shiny, but probably not shiny enough! You should add an extra layer of resin afterwards to get your charms extra flawless shiny. I can really recommend the item.

Both packages came today - broken, supposedly in the transport. Packaged in thin, plain plastic envelope (see picture) - I've never before got rosin by mail packed this stupidly before! I've got the same brand from other sellers - on other platform, not this, and always packed properly and arrived in good condition... The seller should know rosin is Very Fragile!!!! I'd just like to find out how to open dispute on this platform - the instructions are quite unclear...

Tardó 2 meses y medio en llegar POR QUE YA NO PUEDO COMPRAR? ME DA UN ERROR AL PAGAR, PREGUNTO QUE HA PASADO Y LOS DE SOPORTE NO DICEN NADA, SOLO QUE LA PLATAFORMA TIENE PROBLEMAS, HACE MAS DE 3 MESES. SERVICIO NEFASTO... TENGO MUCHOS PUNTOS ACUMULADOS Y TAMPOCO ME DEJA UTILIZARLOS. ME HAN BLOQUEADO SIN SABER PORQUÉ, PERO HE ENCONTRADO UNA PÁGINA MEJOR, SE LLAMA "VOVA" PRODUCTOS DE MEJOR CALIDAD Y EL ENVÍO TAMBIÉN ES GRATIS Y MUCHO MÁS RÁPIDO.
