This is a used item. [Rare not for sale] Patagonia Provisions Trucker Hat Promotional This is a Patagonia Provisions trucker hat.

This cap is not sold to the general public, but seems to have been distributed to some overseas staff and domestic directly managed stores as a promotional item for Provisions.

This was given to me by a friend who used to work at the head office.

I did a lot of research before listing it, but I don't think there are any items that have been or are currently listed on Mercari or Yahoo! Auctions. There is no doubt that this is a genuine product.

Even the familiar P6 logo is all gray, giving it a very chic look and seems quite easy to use.

The tag says sp16, so was it manufactured in 2016? It seems to be a thing. Although it is not extremely old, it is not in general circulation, so it is quite rare and rare.
