Transceiver module SFP 1000Base-BX Compatible The SFP BiDi Transceiver module is designed for data transmission using ONE SINGLEMODE FIBERS and supports data rate 1Gbps, with maximum range of 20km. Operates on 1550/1310nm wavelength (TX transmitter – DFB 1550nm laser, RX receiver – PIN photodetector 1310nm) and has a 1xSC/UPC SIMPLEX optical connector. It is compliant with the MSA (Multi-Source Agreement). For single-fiber (BiDi) connections, the transmitter wavelength on one side must match the receiver wavelength on the other side. This means that transceivers must always be installed in pairs with complementary wavelengths. For example, an SFP 1310/1550nm module on one end must be paired with an SFP 1550/1310nm module on the other end. To make identification easier, the transceivers have different colored handles (eg, blue and green, blue and yellow, or blue and violet). LO-SF-1G-3S5-20S (1310/1550nm) must work in pairs with LO-SF-1G-5S3-20S (1550/1310nm) Tansceiver module SFP 1000BASE-BX 1550/1310nm 1xSC SMF 20km DDM/DOM - SFP Compatible Application LightOptics modules are a perfect match for devices such as switches, converters. Transceiver SFP Bidi modules are versatile and work reliably at distances of up to 20km but also on very short links. You can connect them with a patchcord as short as 1m without fear of damaging the laser, thanks to the special design of the receiving diode. Be in control over your network and prevent malfunctions thanks to quick and easy diagnosis of the network, with no additional equipment needed. To get access to the DDM diagnostics, both the transceiver and the device must possess the DDM function, sometimes called DOM (nearly all managed devices are equipped with this function). Proven quality, rigorous testing High quality and repeatability for the safe and steady operation of your network – that's our goal. The compatibility of the module is the effect not only of its programming, but also of the high standards of the production process. Our engineers adapt the transceivers to work with various networking devices, and ensure their seamless detection in switches, routers, servers or interface cards. The reliability of the transceivers is proven with thorough testing. LightOptics modules are perfect for devices such as switches, converters, routers or servers from the majority of manufacturers available on the market, thanks to our adaptability to new products and changing software.
