Love in a Fleeting Moment - Synopsis: Japan in 204X. Jindo, a futuristic sport, was flourishing as a national sport. The most famous Jindo performance was the "Daihoen" (Grand Performance). Nadeshiko Suzakuin was achieving spectacular results as a professional swordsman while still a student at the academy in this Daihoen.
Meanwhile, the protagonist, Kazuma Takigawa, is a down-on-his-luck professional swordsman who earns his daily living by competing in sword fighting matches in an underground arena. Despite his talent for swordsmanship, he has been ostracized from the samurai society and has lived in the shadows his entire life. These two, from completely different backgrounds and circumstances, have a fateful encounter one day. "Kazuma, your swordsmanship is the real deal. Let's aim for the top in the Grand Performance together!" "...Yeah, that would be great." Enthralled by the art of swordsmanship, the two are drawn to each other's swordsmanship and yearn for one another. Komari Takigawa and Parvi Hanabusa also join Team White Wolf, and soon they will play a major role in the Grand Performance.
Victory brings glory, defeat brings ruin. In the harsh world of professional swordsmanship, swordsmen step into battles they cannot afford to lose, guided by their own beliefs. Swordsmen live for the moment. Missed moments cannot be recovered. Let your soul burn.
