A plastic 1/35 scale assembly kit for an American military M40 self-propelled gun equipped with a new 155 mm cannon, using components from the M4 Sherman series.
Total length 305 mm total width 91 mm The car body made of steel plates and the huge 155 mm cannon are expressively reproduced.
The plow at the rear of the car body is movable in the same way as a real car. The platform can be opened and closed.
The upward and downward movement of the 155mm gun is controlled by a balancing machine using metal pipes in the same way as an actual vehicle. The track is reproduced with a belt type.
Clear parts are used for the inspection holes and lights of the two cupolas provided for the pilot and radio operator.
In addition to the 8 figures being prepared for shooting, accessories such as ammunition and metal chains are also included in the set.
Colored polyester threads of different thicknesses are available for towing and plow parking and hoisting.
There are 2 types of markings from the Korean War, and etched parts for engine grills are included.
“85028 TS-28 Olive Drab 2” is recommended as the main paint instruction.
