The watch doesn't work, even though the battery is good - but it doesn't run. There is no way to contact the support team, the links suggested in the FAQ do not exist.. If anyone from Joom is reading this, please contact me by email
Very pretty watch, very classy, very pretty with its red leather strap and blue hands... in addition to the battery included in the watch, they provided me with an extra one, perfect
One of the needles was crazy it never worked I threw it in the trash I got ripped off I will never order from you again 0 out of 10
This is a pretty little watch but haven't been able to try it on yet as I have a broken right shoulder so a friend needs to put it on for me
