【Important Notice for International Buyers – Tomoayax Premium Audio Hi-Fi Japan】
■ Voltage Compatibility
This product is designed exclusively for use in Japan (AC 100V, 50/60Hz).
Many regions use 120V or 220–240V.
Using this product without a proper transformer in such voltage environments may result in malfunction, overheating, or serious and irreversible damage.
■ Plug Type
This product uses a Japanese plug (Type A or B).
A plug adapter may be required depending on your region.
■ Transformer Requirement (Very Important)
A transformer is required for safe use.
A plug adapter only changes the plug shape and DOES NOT convert voltage.
Using this product without a transformer may cause serious and irreversible damage.
■ Buyer Responsibility
As this is high-end audio equipment, the buyer is fully responsible for confirming compatibility with their local voltage (100V / 120V / 220–240V) and usage environment before purchase.
■ No Return / No Refund Policy
We do NOT accept returns or refunds for:
・Voltage mismatch (including 120V and 220–240V environments)
・Use without a transformer
・Plug incompatibility
・Damage caused by improper setup or usage
■ Liability
We are not responsible for any damage, malfunction, or performance issues caused by improper use or incorrect voltage conditions.
■ Final Notice
Please ensure full understanding of the above before purchasing.
Use only under the correct voltage environment.
Dual Function with MM Phono & Line Input: Conveniently Amplify Records and Various Audio Sources with a Single Unit: The P7 combines the functions of an MM (Moving Magnet) phono equalizer with a vacuum tube preamplifier featuring a standard line input (RCA). You can enjoy the rich sound of records by connecting a turntable, or connect line output audio sources such as CD players, smartphones, and TVs, adding the warmth and depth unique to vacuum tubes. Input switching is easily done with a switch on the front panel, making it a versatile centerpiece for various audio systems.
.Uses genuine new PSVANE ECC83S vacuum tubes: Replaceable design for worry-free future sound exploration: At the heart of the sound are two new ECC83 (equivalent to 12AX7) vacuum tubes from PSVANE, a high-end vacuum tube manufacturer in China. These are not so-called stock items, but reliable new vacuum tubes that are still in production. The design allows for easy replacement with other compatible vacuum tubes such as Shuguang 12AX7B or 7025, according to your preference, making it easy to upgrade in the future to address the aging of vacuum tubes or to pursue further sound quality. You don't have to worry about running out of old stock tubes, and you can use it with peace of mind for a long time.
XLR Balanced Output & High-Pass Filter (HPF): High-Quality Connection and Reduced Low-Frequency Noise During Record Playback: Equipped with XLR output terminals, it connects to compatible power amplifiers and active speakers, achieving noise-resistant, wide-dynamic-range, and clear audio transmission. It also has a built-in high-pass filter (HPF)* specifically for phono input. It effectively cuts out ultra-low frequency bands below 20Hz (subsonic noise)* originating from record groove distortion and player vibrations, reducing unwanted speaker vibrations and distortion. As a result, the sound image becomes clearer, and a calmer playback is achieved, with improved clarity, especially in the mid-high frequencies and wider soundstage.
Treble/Bass Adjustment & Bypass Mode: Fine-tune your sound to your liking or reproduce the original sound with complete freedom: The front panel features knobs that allow you to adjust the treble and bass within a range of ±6dB. You can enjoy fine-tuning the sound to suit the characteristics of your speakers, your preferred music genre, and your listening environment. On the other hand, if you want to pass through a pure signal without any sound quality correction, you can select bypass mode. In this mode, the tone control circuit is completely bypassed, faithfully reproducing the original signal while preserving the nuances of the vacuum tube amplifier. It is characterized by its flexibility to accommodate a variety of listening styles.
Replaceable Op-Amps & Reliable Power Supply Design: Enjoy further customization and ensure stable operation: It employs three NE5532 op-amps with socket-type connectors, allowing you to replace them with other dual op-amps such as the OPA2604 or MUSES02 as you prefer. Since the sound character changes depending on the characteristics of the op-amp, it expands the enjoyment of fine-tuning the sound quality. In addition, while the operating voltage is a simple DC12V/2A or higher, it features a reliable power supply design that prioritizes sound quality, such as generating high voltage (180V) internally to optimize the operating point of the vacuum tubes. This is a compact unit packed with carefully selected features.
Experience the warmth of vinyl records and the rich resonance of vacuum tubes with modern technology. The Nobsound P7 vacuum tube phono preamplifier accurately amplifies the signal from an MM cartridge, centered around the pleasant tone of a brand new (PSVANE) ECC83 vacuum tube. XLR balanced output ensures low-noise transmission, and a high-pass filter cuts out ultra-low frequency noise. Adjust the treble and bass to your liking. With replaceable vacuum tubes and operational amplifiers, this is a sophisticated audio component that allows for future sonic exploration.
