Jammer iets anders geleverd dus tot ziens.

Arrived quite quickly. Had expected a longer delivery time. Survived the transport undamaged thanks to the extremely good packaging. Layers of bubble wrap and a foam insert for the figure provided good protection. The figure, the base, and some wisps of smoke are separate in the packaging and still need to be assembled. The foam insert is only surrounded by a brown shipping box. Anyone expecting a colorful original packaging will probably be disappointed. However, the figure itself is a decent size and fantastically crafted. That's what matters most to me.. Not yet finally assembled, as it is being given as a Christmas gift. But I don't really expect any nasty surprises.

I don't understand why this package arrived without a problem and another one I made the carrier couldn't find the address you have a problem with some carriers because of him they returned a package to me because they didn't know where the address is I don't understand thank you best regards

The colors are not the same, a bent sword, the description says one thing and the images shown do not match. I want my money back

I had ordered you but you sent me another character and now I have to return it and wait another 2 months. I would like to have something to apologize for the inconvenience

The overall quality is good but obviously wont compare to higher priced ones. The colors are off on some parts. But im satisfied enough. Its alright.

I got the wrong item and then they refused my request for refund!!! System is all automated with no people to speak to to explain.

I didn't get the figure I wanted. Instead of the Sabito figure shown, I was delivered Tengen. Really a shame.
