This charm is overall very pretty. Unfortunately, it completely doesn't fit (the recess is too narrow) on a flat bracelet. The charm doesn't clasp and is useless. Other charms from this seller fit perfectly. I don't have the app, so I also can't request a return or Joom support at all from my phone. These are my last purchases on this site.
