I expressly rejected the partial refund! The goods are completely defective.. Last night I was at a professional cobbler. He determined that not only is there the initial damage, but the sole of the other pair/shoe is also completely torn. Both shoes are therefore unusable and had to be given for repair.. In the attachment, you will find the current photos that clearly document the extended damage (cracked sole of the second shoe).. Since the goods were defective and damaged from the beginning, I request a full refund (100%) of my purchase price.. Please confirm receipt of this email and the processing of my case. Many Thanks. The numbering is very inflated. . Problem with exchange, with return. They demand a photo of the shoe measured from heel to toe with a visible measure in centimeters. I even sent a photo of the foot in cm. Everything extends the return time because the return depends on the photo. Return at your own expense. I am terrified by the price of shipping to China. I want to buy the shoes again because they are made of very soft leather. I just don't know if I will manage to wear them this season due to too restrictive requirements. I received the shoes on April 10 (order date April 30) but I have not received the return address until today. For my size 40, I ordered 41, according to the table - 25.1–25.5 mm, in fact 26.3 cm, suitable for high instep, although at first it seemed that the leg would not fit, but... there is a zipper on the side. The shoes are absolutely gorgeous. I normally wear a size 39, but I ordered a size 40, and that was great because they fit perfectly. There was a small defect in the shoes upon delivery, but I was helped quickly and offered a solution that I was happy with. I've now ordered the shoes in black, too, because I already love them.. I also really like that they have a straight cut at the big toes rather than a rounded one, which I always struggle with, but they're absolutely perfect. They also have a nice, soft sole inside. They were delivered a little early and were packaged beautifully.

The boots are beautifully made. The leather quality is excellent. The promised plush lining is present. They look just like the picture. The size is a little smaller than expected – I wear a 36-37, so I ordered a size up so I could wear thicker socks for late fall. But the size turned out to be a tad off. Also, the left boot is a size (or at least half a size) smaller than the right. I know shoemakers often do this because most right-handed people have slightly larger right feet. But that's not the case for me, and I'll have to break in the left boot. Regardless, I didn't return this pair. I'll keep wearing these boots. They're great!
