Operation
1. Dough testing: Remove the electrode protective cap and turn on the machine by pressing ON/OFF. Use a knife to make a cross on the dough, insert the electrode into the cross opening, cover the electrode head with the surrounding surface, maintain vertical detection, and wait for 1 minute to read. For large doughs, test multiple points. After each test, clean the electrodes with clean water, gently dry them with toilet paper, and do not wipe them. Twist on the electrode protection cap and store it in the box.
2. Skin testing: Ensure the skin surface is free from sweat or dirt, but avoid excessive cleaning to prevent affecting the measurement results. Slightly wet the skin with distilled water, place the flat electrode on the skin, wait for 1 minute until the last digit stabilizes, and then read the first two digits. Consistently testing the same skin area daily will yield more accurate results.
3. Paper, fabric, and leather testing: Apply 1-2 drops of distilled water to moisten the sample slightly before testing.
4. Meat and fruit testing: Cut the meat and fruit with a clean knife and test directly.
