There's no instruction manual included, or how do I put it into operation, which app, or how do I set the languages, that is very bad it is now in the drawer and doesn't know what it is

They are nice, they fit well in the ear, I can recommend them, although the sound leaves a little to be desired (I bought cheaper ones of the same class on Joom) Nevertheless, they are worth recommending 👍

The headphones are charging after connecting to the phone, only the right earbud works, and in the left one, you can only hear the power-on sound, but there is no music, you can't hear it at all. Please help.
