Thank you to the seller for the product they delivered to me, I thought the sound would be better, but at this price that's it.. Yes, they are good for a quiet walk, but when there is noise around and you turn the sound up to maximum, the audio quality 🫣 is poor, but when you communicate via phone call it's really terrible, the caller doesn't hear you at all, or hears the words in pieces.... The headphones are good only when you do some free activity, without noise around..

The sound is very crackling and the battery doesn't last more than 1h30. I ordered one about a year ago and it worked very well. I am disappointed with the product 😑. Thank you if you can make a gesture of refund because the product is not usable 😕
