I bought some trainers for my wife and they didn't match each other, and she wasn't comfortable with them, so I contacted them to ask for a solution, but they started by telling me to send a photo, then that it wasn't the right one, that it should be from another side, and that I should send the product by mail to China, paying the shipping costs myself.
