Product Usage: Sunscreen Usage: Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Use a water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating. Reapply at least every 2 hours. Sun Protection: Use a broad spectrum SPF 15 or higher sunscreen regularly. Avoid outdoor activities during the day, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants, and wear a hat and sunglasses. Children under 2 years old: Consult a doctor.
