Ben het vrijwel helemaal zat maar blijf wel met niet passende schoenen zitten die voor ruim 90 Euro gekocht zijn. Ga nooit meer wat kopen bij Joom.

Nail drill/file I've been using this nail file for quite some time now and I absolutely love it. Very smooth and low noise which is a bonus. No vibration on clients nails so that is great. I ordered the white with uk plug but also comes in other colours with different plug 🔌 Came boxed and undamaged You get the wire, a removable wand and also some nail drill bits but I already have my own Interchangeable nail drill bits with safety locking mechanism on the wand. The wire is quite long and the wire from the machine to the wand is very stretchy and curled Great value for money and highly recommended 👌🏾

The product does not correspond to the description: really poor quality/price. There is no leather material anywhere in the shoe, neither as specified in the description on the site nor as written, in part, on the label. (the two descriptions do not correspond or omit some details). Contacted customer service, great difficulty in making returns and/or exchanges. Conclusion: I keep the plastic slippers without refunds, exchanges or returns. Terrible quality, terrible management.

The item looks cut in two, it looks horrible. Also the item is not real leather. I have been trying to return the item since the 1st of September, but it was not possible as Joom has horrible customer service. I do not recommend buying, you will be left with a low quality item as you will not be able to return it, even though you accept the charges for shipping the item back.

very disappointed according to the photo the package must have had 27 varnishes, 3 top, 3 base and 9 polygel and of course the capsules except I only received 12 varnishes, 1 top and 1 base and no polygel and also lacks a lot of accessories I paid casy 85€ so it's absolutely not worth it and I feel like I've been ripped off I'll never order again 😡

The shoes are an absolute disaster. The picture and the reality of the shoes do not match. Returning them did not work, and I had to pay 100 Euros even though I sent them back. I am appalled and will take legal action against this company. Would not recommend anyone to order from there.

In the advert, there is no view of the shoe when you have it on. The perspective is really important to me, and it is completely missing in the advert. That is exactly where the shoe looks really uncool. Like it's a fake. From the side etc. everything looks perfect, but not from above or the front.
