How to Use Apply as the final step of your morning skincare routine. Dispense an appropriate amount and spread evenly over the face and neck. Apply 15–20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours during prolonged outdoor activities, or after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.
