Using this plate allows for smart and reliable fixing to the effect board, and unlike attaching Velcro directly to the rubber, it does not damage the rubber or printed information, so it will not reduce the value of the effector. This plate is made from machined 3.5mm aluminum, and is counter-bored to prevent the screws from popping out even when the plate is installed, so the screws will not interfere with the effector board. Furthermore, in order to be compatible with older types of products, this underplate has a counterbore to prevent interference between the connector part of the AC adapter and the plate, so it can be used by a wide range of users regardless of whether they are new or old. The sturdy aluminum material withstands the stress of pedal operation, yet weighs only 66g, so it does not add to the total weight of the effector.
