How to use the product: How to use as a sunscreen: Apply generously and evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least once every 2 hours. If swimming or sweating, use a waterproof sunscreen. Method of sun protection: Broad spectrum Regularly use sunscreen with SPF 15 or higher.
