Hello, I received the watch, but it doesn't match the photo I ordered. The watch I received is in the attached photo. The tachymeter is lacquered black with white markings, whereas the one I ordered has a tachymeter in the same color as the bracelet and case, and the markings are more discreet. I have kept the case and packaging. I wish to return it and receive a refund.. I STILL CAN'T REACH YOU FOR THE RETURN AND REFUND OF THIS PRODUCT (THERE IS NO ASSISTANCE SECTION EITHER IN THE APP OR ON YOUR WEBSITE HOW DO WE DO IT? )
I am absolutely thrilled! The watch is beautiful and even exceeded my expectations. The quality is excellent – everything looks very high-quality. Delivery was on time and the packaging was very careful and secure. I would buy the watch again anytime and can only recommend it!
I am very disappointed. I ordered the FESTINA F20482/3 Men's Automatic Watch with Sapphire and I received FESTINA F20536/1 Men's Automatic Skeleton Watch. I have another Festina skeleton watch, what to do with two watches? I will file a complaint with the ECC for fraud.

It is a fake. The first two photos show the received charms and the last two photos show original Pandora charms.
