I am a big supporter of online ordering, and much of my orders are with Amazon. (Next day delivery, and always the correct order), and when I wish to return the item, there is no fuss, and money is in my account within minutes). I now ordered with Joom for the first time. My order took 10 days to be delivered. (shocking). And the item was wrong. (shocking). And there is just not serious apology or urgency with the Joom. The item that was delivered was a 'pair of white woman's panties', which my wife received. With other people, this could have caused major issues. But you don't care! But, this is my last dealing with Joom, and I am going to put this on social media, to make others aware. Had you dealt with this professionally, I would have considered accepting this and moving on. But, you have proved to be a disgraceful company. And I truly hope you receive serious consequences for your behaviour towards your customers.

Delivered to a delivery point not requested, it had to be picked up. I am not happy with this process. 😡 Regarding the product, all that remains is to install it to see if it works

Looks not bad, arrived with two plastic sheets to prevent the surface from being damaged during transport. All that remains is to check the grip in the car.

Up to work for 15 km it went very well phone never dropped you can see that it is not even straight where we put it, the product is excellent quality thanks Joom always

Delivery took so much longer than it should have, ordered this part specifically for the model make and year of my jeep and I end up with this. Absolute rip off
