01 Product description: There are instructions on packaging and order placement in the product description. Please place an order as required. If you have special needs, please confirm with customer service first and then place an order with a note.
02 Color difference description: The color difference and color of the product will be different due to the background, light, and reduction degree of the computer monitor of the photo, which is not within the controllable range and is not a quality problem.
The product is subject to the actual product. If you are very concerned about color difference and small defects, please consider carefully before deciding whether to order.
03 About delivery: After the buyer places an order and pays, we will deliver the goods within 48 hours (two days). Basically, those who place an order and pay before 4:00 pm will send the goods on the same day (except holidays).
If it is out of stock, we will contact you by phone or Wangwang. The products sent will not be included in the list. Please note if you need it.
Customized products are subject to the agreed time between the two parties.
04 Express logistics: The default courier is Shentong. If you need other couriers, please contact the online customer service. If the courier is not available or the goods are urgently needed, please contact the customer service to send SF Express instead (the freight difference needs to be made up).

05 About payment: The buyer first chooses the payment method (such as online banking, express payment, Alipay balance, etc.) to pay to Alipay, and Alipay guarantees the safety of the payment; after the buyer receives the goods and confirms it, Alipay will pay the supplier.
If the goods are not received within the time limit or do not meet the requirements, the buyer can apply for a refund to protect his rights and interests.
06 About signing for receipt: Please be sure to sign for the goods in person when they are delivered. If your family, friends, doorman, etc. sign for them, they will all be regarded as signing for them in person. Please be sure to open them on the spot for inspection before signing for them.
If the goods are damaged during transportation, please directly verify, claim or refuse to sign for them to the delivery staff.
07 About after-sales: If there is any quality (wrong delivery, missed delivery) problem within seven days from the date of receipt, please contact us in time, and we will give a reply of reissue, return and exchange. Overdue will no longer be accepted.
If there is no quality problem, the products sold will not be returned or exchanged.
