I m sorry, this is usually a reputable company. It's sort of tangled in 2 places so it doesn't fall properly and can't be undone plus the chain is damaged.i would like a refund please as it can't be worn and I was so looking forward to it.

This chain is the same, only shorter is 40 cm. for thinner necks and just short. Really very intricate and beautiful. The price is small for such a silver product. I heartily recommend. ❤️
