In the interim they send a stream of meaningless delivery updates and when my parcel finally is ready for delivery, they send a notice that the delivery has been delayed and offer a 5% discount in compensation. 5% is an insult and I feel this is a ploy to sell more. There is something seriously wrong with JOOM's logistics systems and delivery. Don't order from JOOM if you want to receive something quickly or just in normal delivery time.
