The MD-08B7 motion sensor is designed to control lighting or other electrical devices powered by 230V AC, indoors and outdoors. Detecting motion within the sensor's field of view applies power to the receiver for a period determined by the setting of the built-in time delay.

Additionally, the device is equipped with a light intensity sensor and a controller for the highest light intensity at which the sensor is activated. The maximum load of the relay used in the sensor is 1200W for a resistive load or 300W for an inductive load.
