White quinoa is primarily rich in vitamins E, D, and B, as well as minerals such as zinc, magnesium, calcium, iron, and potassium. Most of these nutrients have an antioxidant effect on our body, and the antioxidants contained in quinoa are designed to reduce the amount of free radicals. It is also a gluten-free, easily digestible product with a high fiber content and a low glycemic index.

A great substitute for various groats, potatoes, or rice for dinners, and can also become a sensational idea for breakfasts, both sweet and savory.. Try it with vegetables, fruits, or meat – everyone should like it.
