Too small Too short

order never arrived. Now I see that I haven't received this product. On the website I see my order history, on the app via my smartphone this order is no longer visible. I also never received an email that the order was delivered. Bizarre customer service very difficult to reach. I hope for a fair correction!!

Really disappointed, none of the items fit my daughter and the refund processing time is too long, they ask for photos, we take them and they ask for them again without telling us how to return the merchandise, this is unacceptable
