Had a damaged breast chain, but was refunded. However, a black velvet halter dress was sent in the wrong color, and a sweater I ordered was sent as a completely different sweater (see pictures)!! 2x wrong delivery and defective chain! And you get fobbed off with a maximum of 50%!! It's not okay, I'm disappointed with how customers are treated here and cannot recommend shopping here!! It happens here multiple times that you simply receive something different than what you ordered, and suddenly after weeks of ordered items, it's suddenly cancelled by Joom with the note that it's already sold out!! And the joy is just gone!! The sellers should stop constantly listing items here that are actually long sold out!! I'm starting to feel ripped off here!! Therefore, this app will be uninstalled and I won't buy anything here anymore!! There are more reliable shopping apps!! Joom is just rubbish!!! My personal opinion!! Nevertheless, thank you!
