For ALCATEL 1S 2020 Case 3D Relief Flower Emboss Phone Case For Alcatel 1S 1B 1A 2020 Back Cover for Alcatel 3X 1V 3L 3V 2019

I received the ordered mobile phone case, but the product arrived defective. The case was folded and creased at the edges, making it deformed. After being placed on the phone, it does not fit properly, not aligning snugly and adequately, especially in the area of the side buttons. The product, in the condition it was received, does not correspond to what would be expected of a new item! I therefore request a replacement with a case in perfect condition or, alternatively, a full refund of the amount paid.
