How to use the product: Tips for use: To advanced tip, gently twist bottom of pencil to the right until pencil point is advanced to desired length for use. Apply starting from the inner corner of the eye along the eyelash line and working outward. Use a smudger to create a smokey line. Pull the pencil sharpener from the end of the pencil. Twist the pencil to reveal fresh colors. Place the pencil on the sharpener and rotate it gently.
