Mini 4WD Jig Tire Processing Jig for Propeller Tire (10-Tire Creation)

This is a jig for machining flat tires for Mini 4WD vehicles. Made of aluminum, it allows for higher precision than acrylic tires. The numbers are laser-etched for a durable, luxurious finish. ━━━━━━Product Contents━━━━━━ ・2 x 3mm thick aluminum plates ・4 x 25mm spacers (PA66) ・8 x M3 x 10 bolts ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Attach the required tire diameter to the wheel with the holes drilled through it, along with 620 bearings. (For more stable machining, use Tamiya aluminum stoppers on both ends of the shaft to lightly clamp the bearings.) Grasp the shaft with your router and rotate it while filing from above to create flat tires with minimal variation. Diameters range from 23.0mm to 27.5mm, with 10 stages in 0.5mm increments. Made of aluminum and disassembled for easy cleaning. *Please note* This is an amateur process, so there may be some dirt or small scratches during processing.
