Use the medium stone when the blade has become dull, and the finishing stone when you want to achieve even sharper blades.
[A complete set that even beginners can use with confidence] In addition to the whetstone itself, this complete set also includes an auxiliary tool (angle-fixing holder) that allows you to sharpen knives at a constant angle, a grooved surface-straightening whetstone (a whetstone for keeping the surface of the whetstone smooth), a bamboo base (with anti-slip rubber already attached to the back), two simple rubber bases, and an instruction manual.

To improve smoothness and work efficiency, we have also adopted a surface-smoothing whetstone with grooves that are less likely to clog. This allows you to quickly resmooth the whetstone, allowing you to maintain a highly flat, excellent condition for years to come.
