How to use a hand riveter: Step 1: Prepare a hand riveter set. Step 2: Accurately align the base material and joining material at the fastening position, and use an HSS drill to drill a pilot hole at a right angle. Step 3: Select a nosepiece that matches the blind rivet diameter and securely fasten it with the included wrench. Then, insert the blind rivet into the drilled pilot hole. Press the handle until you hear a "pop" and the rivet is compressed. Step 4: After fastening is complete, point the hand riveter nosepiece upwards and eject the cut shaft.
Please note: 1. When operating small rivet nuts, please use a small amount of force. 2. For new users, we recommend practicing with a few rivet nuts individually before applying them to actual projects. 3. Please ensure you have enough space to operate the rivet tool. When the handles are fully open, the distance between the two handles is 45cm/18 inches.
