This book is based on the truth I spoke about. It's something I learned about myself that I believe saved me.. This is a collection of reflections on my learning, what worked and what didn't, when I had successes or, just as importantly, the times when I failed.. The truth is that you must love yourself with the same intensity with which you would hold on if you were hanging from a cliff, with only the strength of your fingers keeping you from falling ― that is, as if your life depended on it.
