How to Use: Floss How to Use: Pull the floss taut so it can easily slide between teeth. Loosen the floss to reach more tooth surfaces. Move the floss up and down against your teeth to remove plaque and food particles above and below your gums. Rinse the floss as needed (repeat for each tooth). Toothpick usage: Place the tip of the toothpick between your teeth at the gum line. Gently move the floss in and out to remove plaque and food particles and stimulate your gums. Rinse as needed.
