The goods were delivered damaged, foil with a crease in the middle, so that it cannot be glued. The goods are unusable.

I don't even know what the point is to stick this on now, because in the condition it arrived, it's basically impossible to use anymore due to the severe creases and dents. Honestly, I expected it to be in a tube, or at a pinch, rolled up in cardboard.

Not packed at all! They didn't even bother to wrap it in anything. It's damaged so badly it's impossible to use. 3 months of waiting and the item is unusable.

The tube was bent so there were large marks on the plastic that are visible when you smooth it out with a putty knife.

This is not possible to restore. It gives the impression that the order was put through a mill.
