I ordered the wrong color. I took it out of the package but very carefully and nothing was broken and it was neatly put back in the packaging. But cannot return. I sent a video that everything is as I bought it. But they still keep saying no, if you open the packaging it is damaged. Very nonsense. I will never order anything from them again. Because you won't be helped.

It is open and does not work, all the parts do not open, it is damaged and very difficult to place the order... totally disappointed...

Everything was well packaged and in the original packaging. I'm very satisfied.

Very handy and cute figure! I am very happy with it!

It's a little small but I really like it and the quality is fine.
