Product usage: Briefly rinse dried mushrooms in cold water. Soak in a volume of warm water equal to twice the volume of mushrooms. Soak for 30 minutes. Mushrooms should be firm and soft. If dry or rough, continue soaking until desired texture is reached. Squeeze out the remaining water. Use mushrooms as needed. The remaining water can be used as a base for sauces, soups, and stocks.
