It was too large

Good day, today I received the product. But unfortunately much too big and too wide. Furthermore, I don't like the material. Does not match the description and pictures. Therefore, I would like to return the item.. Please feedback how I need to proceed. Returns processing difficult and annoying. Kind regards Monika Orzan

For a 24 cm foot, I took size 38, it's perfect, but 38.5 would also be good! Originals! They arrived in a month and 5 days. When you walk, it's like you're floating, comfort 10 out of 10.
