It does not show the temperature correctly

I don't know if it works or not. No batteries. Put in batteries, it works. But it works somehow strangely, shows some strange temperature like 32.9 or 31.8, then shows a more or less acceptable one and it's unclear if that's the actual temperature, if it works somehow on its own, it will show whatever it wants.

It works well! For correct operation, you need to manually adjust (calibrate), it is advisable to do this several times so that it shows the correct temperature, and then it will be ok!

The item was received and I was waiting for the best. I bake sourdough bread, make sausage, and it always shows 88 radii so it doesn't measure. That's why I'm always wary of purchases from China.
