Very poor experience. I ordered and paid for three items, but only one was delivered. There was no notification or explanation regarding the missing items. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this store until it resolves such serious order fulfillment issues.

Thank you. The product is as described. Batteries are not included. In appearance, everything is simple. But both the presenter and the laser pointer work.

It is a second one I bought, as it is a very good presenter. Cheaper version of Logitech. Recommended.
