Herbaceous plant with many medicinal and excellent aromatic properties. In infusion, it has relaxing properties. It is also used as a natural insecticide. Useful for eliminating parasites from pets. Persistent aromatic of barely 45cm with tiny purple flowers. Small ovate and lanceolate leaves. It gives off a mixture of mint and lemon aroma.

Pouliot mint prefers light soils, rich in organic matter, fresh and irrigated.. Grows very well in pots.
