The boots are beautiful, but for a narrow foot. The foot width is not indicated in the sizes when purchasing. I ordered according to the sizes indicated on the website, but it does not correspond to the size I needed. How can I exchange them?.

The item does not match the color I chose. I ordered it as in the picture, combined with a buckle, but received a plain one on a cord.

Size 44 to 43 is normal. Only a bit narrow. Had to wear thick socks at home for 3 days. Seems to have stretched out
