The lower part of the frame is very wide, but there is still access to the stone. Because of this, the lower part of the stone gets dirty or covered with moisture. It is almost impossible to wipe it off, especially along the edges of the stone. That's why it all looks like cloudy plastic. . Although, as it seemed to me, the stone was not originally polished.
