The bracelet was advertised as sterling silver. The one I received is already discoloured and there is no stamp declaring it to be stirling silver. Also there is a bit of damage and scratches near the black stones.

One of the stones is defaced as if someone has hit the surface with a hard object. It is not a natural inclusion in the stone which I do know that you get with amber.
