When I contacted them, they gave me some process methods that are really difficult to follow In and I sent to the return address I found in the label attached to the box, in end they told me we can't refund you I lost £64 and £12.75 for delivery I'm not happy with the company at all All the companies in the world when you order something from them and if something wrong with the product you have to options you have your money back or they send you the correct item
