Good day. I already wrote to the Joom support service, but did not receive a response. I ordered and paid for 3 spotlights, but only one arrived. Where are 2 more? The seller can easily check - the weight and insurance of the parcel is only for 1 floodlight, and there should be 3 of them. I am asking for a refund for 2 pieces that I did not receive P.S. Joom refunded the 2 pcs that were not sent. thank you
It shines well. But I don't like that there is no built-in battery. Batteries are required. And they don't have a bright light for long
