I ordered suitcase wheels, but they don't fit. I have 3 suitcases of different sizes and different manufacturers, all with the same wheels, but not the same ones they sent me. They are distinguished by an upper platform to which the wheels are attached. It is wider and lower. I added a photo of the old wheel and the new one. The mounting locations are also different.

Hello I received 2 small boxes, two 2 wheels each, but 1 is not what I ordered. 2 bigger than the others and it's the same as the small ones that I wanted so they don't fit on the suitcase.
