I still haven't been able to open the SIM card and micro SD slot, but I hope I can. Well... the sound is crap, it doesn't recognize the sim card. The slot where the SIM goes is ridiculously crappy. I tried to use it, unfortunately it didn't work. I received a product that was problematic from the first minute. When I managed to open my SIM card in the right place, it was simply swallowed by the product. I asked for help, and the answer I got was to try tweezers. The active bar is 5,000 amperes, but it quickly drains. Android is not upgradeable 2019 version. After 1 week of use, it's as slow as if it didn't have 2 GB, but a maximum of 512 MB of RAM. I contacted the customer service, but I didn't get any meaningful help. I asked for an address where I can file a complaint, but I didn't get one. Don't buy it, it's not worth it

The tablet broke down a week after careful use. It restarts endlessly on its own.. The service center (in several) said that it is not subject to restoration.
