The dress is lovely but the arms are too long and too tight. I'll be cutting off the arms and I'll have a lovely sleeveless dress. Why isn't it offered as sleeveless?

This is a very unusual shape and was not useable I have managed to alter it and it’s useable fabric poor quality also quite loose weave don’t think it will wash well
